The Opportunity
Alice and Tiwa, a leading e-commerce fashion retail company based in Nigeria, is actively seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Manager within our Graduate Scheme. We welcome recent graduates from the past three years with a 2:2 degree in business, economics, marketing, data analytics, or related fields. While experience in a CRM platform is advantageous, it’s not mandatory, and individuals with diverse job roles are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise customer orders from processing to delivery, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and elevate the overall customer shopping experience.
- Analyze website performance and user behavior data, identifying areas for improvement and executing conversion optimization strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Lead and motivate the customer service and sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.
Requirements
- 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of work experience in any job role. CRM platform experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage analytics tools for sales strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential.
