Job Summary: As a Technical Support Engineer at Ribap Networks Limited, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diverse equipment and network systems.

This position demands a combination of technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Radio Installation (PTP and PTMP): Perform the installation and maintenance of Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) radio systems using Cabium, Unifi, and Mikrotik equipment.
  2. CCTV Installation: Install and configure CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua), encompassing both IP and analog systems.
  3. Structural Cabling: Execute structured cabling for network infrastructure.
  4. Site Surveys and Requirement Analysis: Conduct comprehensive site surveys to determine installation needs, and create detailed requirements and cost estimates.
  5. Networking Equipment Configuration: Configure Mikrotik routers and switches, Unifi and Cabium radios, and access points as required for projects.
  6. Network Management: Oversee the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  7. Customer Support: Provide outstanding technical support to clients, efficiently and professionally resolving issues.

Qualifications:

  • ND/HND, BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in radio installation (PTP, PTMP), CCTV installation, and structured cabling.
  • Knowledge of Cabium, Unifi, and Mikrotik radio equipment.
  • Experience with Hikvision and Dahua CCTV systems.
  • Strong skills in network configuration and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in various environments and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
