Job Summary:
Genesis Couture, a clothing manufacturing company with a decade-long history, is in search of a Customer Service Officer to oversee front office operations, providing pre-sales and after-sales support to our esteemed clients. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, identifying potential clients, and contributing to marketing efforts. Core responsibilities include managing customer relations, databases, invoicing, and stocktaking.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly resolve phone and in-person inquiries to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate measurement taking, amendments, and fabric delivery to the workshop.
- Keep clients updated on garment production status, new stock, and customer bonus schemes.
- Prepare and assign garment production schedules to tailors and finishers.
- Maintain a contact registry of vendors and promptly engage their services when required.
- Prepare invoices and receipts, actively following up on full payment from clients before the final delivery date.
- Facilitate stocktaking of fabrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience.
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong customer management skills.
- Effective communication skills (oral, written, and computer).
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to change.
Remuneration:
NGN 80,000
