Erocraves is currently seeking dynamic and creative female interns for the role of Sales/Social Media Intern to join our team in Lagos (Lekki phase 1) and Abuja (Gwarinpa).
The primary focus of this position is to actively contribute to the growth of sales and facilitate successful sales transactions through various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage incoming calls and provide assistance.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan and implement effective social media strategies.
- Engage with the online community to boost brand presence.
- Order Logistics:
- Coordinate with delivery companies to manage order logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Complaint Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Provide suitable solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication:
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in social media marketing.
- Previous work in an eCommerce company.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Resides in close proximity to Lekki for the Lagos office and Gwarinpa for the Abuja office.
