Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of client personal records, including retrieval and filing of folders.
- Support the State M&E Focal person in tracking summary data and source documents, updating service registers, and preparing summary reports during reporting periods and as needed.
- Conduct a desk review, collate, correct, and update incomplete entries/records, and transfer them into the electronic platform.
- Ensure complete entry of all available treatment data from program records into the LAMIS platform.
- Maintain confidentiality of information on source documents or in the database.
- Ensure timely client access to services, avoiding missed opportunities.
- Assist in the analysis of Treatment LAMIS dataset, clean up/correction of incorrect and incomplete entries.
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system with a good audit trail.
- Generate summary reports and respond to inquiries regarding electronic data issues.
- Collaborate with primary service providers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data and verify the accuracy of data before entry into LAMIS.
- Ensure the prompt entry of both summary and client-level data from source documents into summary registers or the database, following the format displayed on the screen.
- Ensure the overall completeness, accuracy, and quality of treatment data in the LAMIS database.
- Daily update of project achievements and documentation on each indicator working with the project.
- Support Case Managers in vetting documentation to ensure quality reporting of project indicators.
- Perform other M&E duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- S.S.C.E (Minimum qualification)
- OND/BSC will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of medical records management procedures.
- Good knowledge of computers with the ability to operate various Microsoft word-processing software, spreadsheets, and database programs.
- Knowledge of the local language and familiarity with the norms of the location are preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook/Exchange, Windows operating systems, PowerPoint.
- Other software routinely used by HALG.
Work Environment:
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee will be required to co-locate with local partners, usually in the same office.
