Transport Officer (Driver) at Brainshare Technologies and Services Nigeria Limited

Brainshare Technologies and Services Nigeria Limited, a well-established indigenous company specializing in Network and IT Services both within and beyond Nigeria, is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Job Title: Transport Officer (Driver)

Location: Lekki 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain the Company’s vehicle on a daily basis.
2. Plan and execute the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals.
3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle and its equipment, promptly reporting any faults to the Admin. Manager.
4. Monitor fuel levels and refill the tank as needed.
5. Flexible work schedule, including weekends and shifts.
6. Execute work-related errands, such as visits to the post office and bank.
7. Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Personal Qualities & Qualifications:

• Primary School Certificate at a minimum.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, organized, with attention to detail.
• Applicants residing around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a reputable organization.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Conduct routine checks on the vehicle and promptly report any faults to the Admin. Manager.
2. Proactively maintain the assigned vehicle.
3. Ensure the fuel level remains above a quarter of the tank.
4. Monitor and report timely renewal of vehicle papers.
5. Register the vehicle with the admin for scheduled servicing.
6. Adhere to road safety laws and regulations.

Age Bracket:

• 25 – 30 years of age.

Salary:

• N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
