Job Title: OND Support Personnel

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and plan meetings, documenting detailed minutes.
  2. Create and distribute various forms of written communication, including emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  3. Assist in the preparation of regular reports as needed.
  4. Establish and maintain an efficient filing system.
  5. Manage contact lists and databases.
  6. Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  7. Provide general support to the department.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Only candidates with OND qualifications will be considered.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Competence in MS Office applications, with a focus on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational abilities, capable of multitasking.
