Job Title: Sales Representative

Locations: Akure, Ondo; Ilorin, Kwara; Ibadan, Oyo; Abeokuta, and Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to a diverse clientele, addressing inquiries, and discerning customer needs.
  2. Provide guidance and suggest relevant books when necessary.
  3. Stay abreast of the latest titles and market dynamics to offer informed recommendations.
  4. Process customer orders, handle book reservations, and sell from the catalog to customers.
  5. Negotiate prices, oversee book deliveries, and manage returns efficiently.
  6. Maintain commercial awareness by identifying business and promotional opportunities.
  7. Contribute to book events, including organizing talks, signing sessions, and reading groups.
  8. Collaborate with teachers and library staff regarding academic shop set texts.
  9. Engage with external account holders such as schools, councils, and companies.
  10. Evaluate sales performance and strive to meet sales targets.


  • OND qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
