Job Title: Sales Representative
Locations: Akure, Ondo; Ilorin, Kwara; Ibadan, Oyo; Abeokuta, and Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and providing relevant information.
- Advise and recommend suitable books based on customer preferences.
- Stay informed about current titles and market changes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process customer orders and book reservations efficiently.
- Sell products from the catalogue, engaging with customers to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate prices, handle book deliveries, and manage returns effectively.
- Maintain commercial awareness to identify business and promotional opportunities.
- Assist in organizing book events, including talks, signing sessions, and reading groups.
- Collaborate with teachers and library staff regarding academic shop set texts.
- Communicate with external account holders, such as schools, councils, and companies.
- Review sales performance and work towards meeting sales targets.
Requirements:
- OND qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
