Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Risk Manager (Agency Sales) to lead and inspire a team of Risk Advisors towards achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and providing support and guidance to the Risk Advisors.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the achievement of sales targets for HEIRS GENERAL Retail Products.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal and external sales strategies and processes to maximize organizational profit potential.
Generate leads to bolster the Sales Team, contributing to increased sales and the establishment of a robust customer base.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for Corporates, Unions, Cooperative Societies, Associations, etc.
Weekly preparation and submission of comprehensive sales reports.
Identify and explore new markets to expand the sales team’s reach.
Cultivate and sustain enduring business relationships with customers.
Stay well-informed about competitors’ product offerings.
Address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate closely with Brokers to manage pricing and coverage.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum of HND/BSc in a relevant discipline.
At least 3 years of proven experience in an Agency sales management role within a General Insurance company.
Strong team-building, leadership, and mentorship skills.
Excellent understanding of General Insurance Products and Markets.
Proven experience in managing a sales team within a General Insurance company.
Familiarity with the business challenges in General Insurance.
