Description:
- Plan, forecast, and execute food and beverage orders.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Develop alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.
- Monitor food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Track and manage shipments, maintaining effective communication with vendors.
- Ensure adherence to food, health, and safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, overseeing their performance.
- Supervise and coordinate customer welcoming procedures.
- Strive to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing food and beverage or a similar role.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with good organizational and time-management skills.
