Job Summary:
As a Digital and Email Marketing Executive reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our SEO strategy and Email Marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all email and SMS campaigns, including tasks such as building emails, copywriting, asset coordination, and scheduling.
- Support strategic programs through manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle, covering prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, and retention.
- Develop effective target audiences and segments for each message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPIs.
- Manage and execute the email/SMS marketing calendar in alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
- Identify and implement strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase website visitors and achieve high-ranking placement in search engine results pages.
- Optimize website copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
- Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and implement SEO recommendations.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing an email marketing program, preferably with Klaviyo (though not essential).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, etc.).
- Experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of an email marketing database.
- Ability to create email marketing assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Proven SEO experience with knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
