Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support case-finding activities, utilizing ICT and ensuring coverage of all identified contacts through ICT.
- Assist in retention activities, including physical and phone tracking of default clients and reminders for pre-appointments.
- Ensure eligible clients access viral load services and maintain virological suppression.
- Support unsuppressed clients in accessing EAC services, staying in such services, and completing post-EAC viral load tests.
- Keep client folders up to date with properly documented accessed services.
- Review client services access, address gaps, and ensure eligible clients access required services, including cervical cancer screening, ICT services, TB/HIV services, gender-based services, OVC linkage, OTZ enrollment, PMTCT/EID, and other eligible services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum qualification: S.S.C.E
- Experience in HTS, adherence counseling, with a minimum of one year of experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language.
- Ability to read and write.
- Knowledge of the local language and familiarity with the location’s norms are preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook/Exchange, Windows operating systems, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with other software routinely used by HALG.
Work Environment:
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee will be required to co-locate with local partners, usually in the same office.
- Regular travel to often insecure and limited-resource environments is required.
