Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Cyber Security Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring security measures to safeguard the organization’s data, systems, and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security measures to protect organizational data, systems, and networks.
- Troubleshoot security and network issues as they arise.
- Respond promptly to system and/or network security breaches.
- Ensure the organization’s data and infrastructure are safeguarded through the implementation of appropriate security controls.
- Participate in the change management process to maintain security standards.
- Conduct testing to identify and address network and system vulnerabilities.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, generate reports, and communicate effectively with relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree (First-class Degree or a minimum of Second-Class Upper degree) in computer science or a related technology field from a recognized University.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
