Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Akowonjo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
- Welcome and promptly greet guests/clients.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, and email.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Compile a list of required items in the working space.
- Ensure timely attendance of all staff required to be in the office.
- Receive and organize client documents upon delivery.
- Monitor staff attendance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Confidence and politeness in demeanor.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and observational skills.
Salary: N40,000 – N45,000 per month.
