Job Title: Sales Director – Expatriate

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for LNG in Nigeria and international markets.
  2. Cultivate and sustain relationships with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders.
  3. Lead, guide, and oversee a team of regional managers to attain sales objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product delivery and customer contentment.
  5. Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and offer strategic insights to the CEO.
  6. Formulate and present sales strategies to accomplish commercial goals.
  7. Supervise the formulation of the organization’s sales strategies.
  8. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations within the department.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • MBA is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas products, with a focus on CNG or LNG sales. Familiarity with the Nigerian market is a bonus.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks in the gas industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient knowledge of local and global industry dynamics.
  • Experience in managing a large multicultural team.
