Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for LNG in Nigeria and international markets.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders.
- Lead, guide, and oversee a team of regional managers to attain sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product delivery and customer contentment.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and offer strategic insights to the CEO.
- Formulate and present sales strategies to accomplish commercial goals.
- Supervise the formulation of the organization’s sales strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations within the department.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas products, with a focus on CNG or LNG sales. Familiarity with the Nigerian market is a bonus.
- Proven leadership skills in managing sales teams.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks in the gas industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient knowledge of local and global industry dynamics.
- Experience in managing a large multicultural team.
