Job Summary: We are in search of an adept Finance Manager to join our vibrant team in the hospitality industry. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising financial operations, overseeing accounts receivables and payables, and ensuring strict compliance with auditing standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets.
  2. Analyze financial data and furnish insights to support decision-making processes.
  3. Supervise accounts receivables and payables functions.
  4. Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers.
  5. Conduct internal audits to guarantee adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  7. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review.
  8. Present financial information to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure daily operational liquidity.
  10. Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
  11. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems.
  12. Ensure the integration of financial systems with other hotel operations.
  13. Implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
  14. Monitor and analyze expenses to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Solid understanding of accounts receivables, payables, auditing, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in financial management software and the MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
