Job Summary:
Genesis Couture, a renowned clothing manufacturing company with a decade-long history, is currently expanding its operations. We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Officer to oversee front office activities, providing pre-sales and after-sales support to our esteemed clients. The role involves ensuring an exceptional customer experience at Genesis Couture Ltd, resolving inquiries, identifying potential clients, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing customer relations, databases, invoicing, and stocktaking.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing phone and in-person inquiries.
- Facilitate the measurement process, handle amendments, and coordinate fabric delivery to the workshop.
- Keep clients informed about garment production status, new stock arrivals, and customer bonus schemes.
- Prepare and allocate garment production schedules to tailors and finishers.
- Maintain a contact registry of vendors and promptly engage their services as needed.
- Generate invoices and receipts, actively following up on full payment before the final delivery date.
- Coordinate stocktaking activities for fabrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong customer management and communication skills (oral, written, and computer-based).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Adaptability and strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Remuneration:
NGN 80,000/month
