Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Social Media strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Create engaging content adhering to brand standards and business objectives.
- Deliver monthly reports to the MD on strategy, execution, and allocated budgets by the 25th of each month.
- Conduct an audit of current social media platforms.
- Formulate a comprehensive monthly social media content plan and calendar for review by the 25th of every month.
- Positively engage with followers/customers on Instagram, respond to inquiries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Define key Instagram KPIs and ensure content aligns with them.
- Continuously analyze the strategy, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about social media trends, industry changes, and best practices to stay competitive.
- Actively participate in activations and campaigns, creating real-time posts when necessary.
- Manage storytelling and execution for creating a compelling online image for the company.
- Research and propose relevant influencers tailored to the company’s unique experience to senior management.
- Collaborate with the outlet manager and support team to develop and create activation and promotion materials.
- Post daily on Instagram stories, every other day on the page, and on at least two other social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of experience.
Salary:
N100,000 per month
